Terms and Conditions

Products purchased will be shipped out 1 to 7 days after the receipt of  your payment.   If your products that you receive are damaged please contact us at info@fenomenaalhaircare.com and we will issue a return label for that product while also replacing the damaged product with a new item. All damages must be documented with pictures of the damages and the product must be returned to us to fulfill any replacement product or refund.  All returned products will be charged a 15% restocking charge.
